Soy Wax
We use a premium wax which is Vegan, 100% Soy and free from Paraffin.
Why not paraffin?
Paraffin wax originates from petroleum and studies suggest that it releases toxic fumes when burnt. These toxic fumes contain potentially dangerous chemicals, known as toluene and benzene.
Fragrance Formula
Deriving from nature, our fragrances are based on a combination of pure 100% essential oils and premium Fragrance oils safe to use.
We can confirm that all the fragrances we use are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
Wooden Wicks
We believe the soft crackling effect produced when lighting a wooden wick is essential in cultivating the aspired sense of stillness and relaxation that characterises our brand. We conceive it as something closer to the beauty of nature.
Our wicks are not treated and are free from lead and Zinc.
UPCYCLED BOTTLES
Our candles are hand poured into upcycled glass bottles, cut and sanded by hand, making each candle unique with its own imperfections.
Reuse plays a huge role in our brand philosophy and
we aim to raise awareness to the importance of it, in reducing waste and promoting sustainability. We advise the reuse of the container. Clean it from the excess wax and use it as a cup, vase, planter, toothbrush holder, whatever you like. If you decide not to, you can always recycle it with normal glass.
We have chosen to upcycle because we see the environmental benefits that it offers and we have the desire to take action in aiding a more sustainable future. We love the idea of doing our bit for nature.
By upcycling not only the amount of waste that leads to landfill is reduced but also, we promote less pollution since the manufacturing process for a new product is avoided.
